Global: In response to the atrocities happening in Gaza, the UMC General Board of Church and Society (GBCS) has put out an Action Alert encouraging United Methodists to contact our U.S. Representatives and urge them to support the Block the Bombs Act (H.R. 3565) that would ban the sale of lethal weapons being used in Israel’s genocidal campaign throughout the Middle East.

We’re loading up the church van this Sunday (June 29) with a group from Lakewood UMC and Applewood Valley UMC to walk in Denver’s Pride Parade with a whole gaggle of United Methodists from area churches!
